Archer Law Office, LLC Supports Veterans with Free Power of Attorney forms!
That’s right. I was talking about power of attorney forms in my last post, and I think this is my way of backing up my statement – they really are the most important estate planning document. I’m prepared to prove it by helping out our veterans.
In my continuing effort to support veterans’ legal health and welfare throughout the State of New Jersey, I am making the following offer: if you are a veteran, call me and make an appointment to come in. Show me your DD-214 or other proof of military service. I will talk to you about any legal issues you have at no charge, and you will walk out of my office with a durable general power of attorney signed and duly witnessed that you can use to protect your family and your future. I will not charge you for the POA or for the consultation.
I don’t know how many of these I will be able to do, or what the demand is going to be. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as you can so I can schedule you. I just hope this can be some small way to thank you for your service to our country.
